UPDATE: Well Windows Server 2012 R2 has gone GA on October 17th 2013 and you can read about updating the KMS Service key for that and Windows 8.1 right here. For now you can read how this went for us with Windows Server 2012 here. When our KMS keys are available I’ll be doing an upgrade and will blog about it.
